Monthly and weekly subthemes of high interest are included as part of a unit approach to curriculum development. Within the unit framework, the entire Center can study a broad topic for one month, separated into four related areas or weekly subthemes. The activities are organized and designed to support the development of skills and concepts commensurate with the individualized development of each child. Therefore, all children enrolled in our centers: Dragonfly Nursery; Toddler Scholars; and Older Toddler Scholars experience activities that are aligned with theories of child development and developmental stages for learning.

We use Highscope Curriculum. Centers also have access to the investment we made in resources from The Center for Applied Research in Education, Inc.; Innovations: The Comprehensive Infant and Toddler Curriculum.  We offer responsive curriculum to serve the unique needs of our student body.

Coupled with the appropriate selection of curriculum is the assurance of maintaining the integrity of our teaching practices. Our teachers are provided support throughout the week and through monthly professional development so that lessons and activities are prepared timely and are conducive for learning.
